ANSER is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support Acquisition Programs onsite at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD (APG). The person in this role will provide C5ISR subject matter expertise and program support to a government-customers focused on the planning and the implementation of new technologies and methodologies. POSITION
Responsibilities:
Have a strong understanding of the Program Executive Offices and Commands on Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG). Have a strong understanding of C5ISR programs. Continuously identify program and resource needs and requirements and assess those requirements based on the program needs. Provide strong program management expertise. Provide strong acquisition and project management-based expertise. Provide technical writing support to policy and planning document development. REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/
Experience:
Possess an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. Bachelor's degree with 13
years of experience OR a Masters degree and 10
years of experience or more supporting government or DoD programs. Experience supporting acquisition programs on Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Strong communication, briefing and technical writing skills. A high degree of interpersonal skill in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals. Strong Microsoft Products Skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Candidate must provide documentation to substantiate fully vaccinated status against the COVID 19 virus. REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE (NOT REQUIRED):
Advanced Degree. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. An understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS). DoD acquisition experience, especially at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG). Experience preparing and updating documentation supporting the acquisition process as it relates to Title 10 DoD Directive (DODD) 5000.1, DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8500.01 (Cybersecurity), DoDI 8510.01 (Risk Management Framework) for DoD, Information IT), and Army Regulation (AR) 70-1. Familiarity with Microsoft Project/Visio. Active Top-Secret DoD Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility or higher.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Program ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
