As a Leasing Consultant you will work closely with your support team:
Community Manager, Assistant Community Manager, Maintenance team, and District Manager.

Leasing apartments, assisting residents, and creating and promoting monthly resident events can be fun! Ideal Candidates will possess the following:
o Sales or customer service experience is preferred, but first and foremost you must have an outgoing and winning personality that instantly will make customers feel at home and trust you.
o The ability to be strong, confident, and friendly multifamily professionals who knows how to deliver excellent customer service at all times while keeping the owner's best interest in mind.
o The desire to walk your community daily! - Our managers and leasing consultants are walking apartment homes daily working closely with the maintenance departments ensuring schedules are kept and ready product is to our excellent company standard o Excitement for organizing and promoting monthly resident events o Strong sales and marketing ideas and follow-through o A strong eye for detail; our communities and ready apartment homes must be immaculate to company standard at all times.
