Description Job Description - Leidos has an opening for a part-time Consulting Employee, Sr.
Policy Analyst and Treaty Specialist, to support the Treaty Compliance Program, Abingdon, MD.
The successful candidate will support the Program Manager and Team in the coordination/execution of all activities related to the contract's scope.
The incumbent will draft, finalize, review and comment through a documented set of disciplined, mature and continuously improving processes with a focus on responsiveness, and consistently high-quality product.
Primary ResponsibilitiesThe primary functions of the Consulting Employee are development, formatting and review of technical briefings, reports, plans, papers, status reports, other documents and visual representations of activities.
Develop, draft, finalize, review and comment on treaty related documents and information such as, but not limited to:
Storage, Schedule 1 and Destruction Interim Reports (IRs), Summary IRs, Preliminary Findings, Annual Report, Annual Plans, DFI, FA, and Inspection Reports including those for the Single Small Scale Facility, and Host Team (HT)/Inspection Team (IT) Memoranda.
Provide support as required for technical reviews, working groups, and meetings.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree and a minimum of eighteen years of applicable experience.
Possess professional writing and editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Candidate must complete and maintain required training as specified by scope.
Preferred QualificationsGood communication skills and the ability to work with persons of various foreign cultures.
Experience working with the DOD.
Experience leading CWC Treaty compliance missions.
Experience working with the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

Pay Range -The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
