HII\-MIS is currently seeking a Program Manager \(PM\) to execute Contractor Logistics Support of deployed and stored Non\-Intrusive Inspection Systems \(NIIS\)\. These systems are currently location at multiple locations in the US Central Command \(CENTCOM\) Area of Responsibility \(AOR\) and inside the Continental United States \(CONUS\)\. The PM is responsible for all program cost schedule and performance\. This position is in Abingdon, MD\.
Duties and Responsibilities \(to include but not be limited to the following\):
The PM for the NIIS CLS Task Order is responsible for ensuring maintenance, repair, supply support, and operational training for NIIS? located at multiple regional locations throughout Southwest Asia \(SWA\) and at locations inside the Continental United States \(CONUS\)\.
Duties include:
+ Meeting Task order deliverables with all reports submitted on time and acceptable to the Government with no more than one revision cycle\.
+ Attend meetings and present program performance information and issues at Quarterly Program Management Reviews \(PMRs\)\.
+ Lead the executing of the NIIS CLS mission within the scope of the Task Order requirements and within the program budget\.
+ Ensuring Site Leads are managing their teams to meet scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, training, and supply and logistics requirements\.
+ Ensuring all maintenance, supply, logistics, and training actions are uploaded and tracked in CCOLTS?, the Government identified Logistics Information System \(LIS\) for use on the program\.
+ Ensuring accurate data is being entered into the LIS in order to track:
- System performance
- Contractor performance
- Configuration Management
- System Locations
- Inventries
- Work Orders
- Operational Readiness
Qualifications and Experience:
+ Bachelor?s Degree in Business Management/Administration, Logistics Management, Engineering or related field\.
+ A minimum of five \(5\) years? experience managing logistics operations OCONUS, providing sustainment support to complex equipment, three \(3\) years of which is/was directly related to x\-ray or NIIS equipment\.
+ Candidate must be a U\.S\. citizen, possess a Secret Security Clearance, possess or able to obtain a U\.S\. Passport and U\.S\. and International Drivers License?s\.
+ Must be able to walk, stoop, bend, climb, and lift 50 pounds\.
Preferred ?
+ Master?s Degree Business Management/Administration, Logistics Management, Engineering or related field\.
+ Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act \(DAWIA\) Program Management certified or Project Management Institute \(PMI\) certified as a Project Management Professional \(PMP\)\.
+ Seven \(7\) years? experience providing sustainment support to CBRN equipment, five \(5\) of which is directly related to x\-ray or NIIS equipment\.
+ U\.S\. Military service veteran or experience working with the U\.S\. military and interfacing directly with uniformed military personnel, understanding military protocol and Chain of Command\.
+ An active Security Clearance at the SECRET level or higher is required
+ All candidates will be subject to a pre\-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
