Dashboard Metric Analyst

Job Description:
Leidos has an opening for a Dashboard Metric Analyst to support the Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives (ACWA) programs BGCAPP Field Office (FO) providing technical input during the systemization, pilot testing, operations, and closure of the BGCAPP, including the Main Plant and the SDC.
Primary Responsibilities
Candidate is responsible for reviewing and analyzing project performance data and development of the monthly Management Dashboard Metrics. The analysis shall cover observations on trends indicative of concerns that might pose a risk to the execution schedule. The candidate will provide recommendations regarding potential mitigation strategies. The candidate will be responsible for preparing a project summary briefing documenting the technical progress, current and projected challenges with cost and schedule milestones on a monthly basis.
Candidate is responsible for performing document reviews and technical research. The candidate will provide technical input including technical position papers supported by historical or current data or best practices that can be utilized by the Government to develop independent government cost estimates and will review Systems Contractor proposals and provide technical input to the Government with an analysis to assist in the Government's technical evaluation.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining BGCAPP FO policies, plans, and procedures to assist in managing BGCAPP FO work activities. The candidate will provide administrative and technical support to the BGCAPP FO in the coordination of the Management Internal Controls Program. The candidate will be responsible for preparing, routing, issuing, distributing and filing all correspondence IAW Army regulations (i.e., AR 25-50 and AR 25-400-2) and FO procedures. The support contractor shall provide technical writer services responsible for organizing or editing complex material.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree with five years of applicable chemical demilitarization experience. Must be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Investigation (NACI). Must be able to work independently on moderately complex projects/assignments. Must be able to communicate with colleagues across multiple discipline areas.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidate has experience organizing or editing complex material. Preferred candidate has five years of experience in chemical demilitarization.
 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
